Choosing a health program is a big decision and we recognize that not all prospective students are able to make a visit to our campuses. So, let us come to you! Pre-Health Clubs and other interested groups or organizations may submit this form to request either an in-person or virtual information session with a member of the UMN College of Pharmacy Admissions Team. Please submit your request at least 2 weeks in advance of the date for which you are requesting a visit.
