Application Fee Coupon Request

In an effort to reduce financial barriers for applicants, we are pleased to offer PharmCAS Application Fee Coupons to those applying for the PharmD program for Fall 2025 admission. Submit this form to request a coupon code, keeping in mind the following:

• Coupon codes are for $60, the amount of the incremental PharmCAS application fee. You may use the code either to offset the base PharmCAS fee if ours is the only program to which you are applying or to cover the full incremental fee for our program. • Coupon codes must be used within 14 days, so applicants should only request a code if they have firmly decided to apply to our program and are nearly ready to submit the application; however, this request form should be submitted at least two business days before you intend to submit the application so that we have time to send you a coupon code.
• You must provide your PharmCAS ID to request a code, so be sure to start your PharmCAS application and add the University of Minnesota PharmD program to "My Programs" prior to submitting this form.
• This form should be submitted only once. Please allow 2 business days to receive a coupon.
