In an effort to reduce financial barriers for applicants, we are pleased to offer OTCAS Application Fee Coupons to those applying for the OTD program in this application cycle. Submit this form to request a coupon code, keeping in mind the following:

Coupon codes are limited
Coupon codes will cover the amount of the base OTCAS application fee. You may use the code to cover the full OTCAS fee if ours is the only program to which you are applying. Learn more about OTCAS application fees on the OTCAS Applicant Help Center.
Coupon codes must be used within 14 days, so applicants should only request a code if they have firmly decided to apply to our program and are nearly ready to submit the application; however, this request form should be submitted at least two business days before you intend to submit the application so that we have time to send you a coupon code.
You must provide your OTCAS ID to request a code, so be sure to start your OTCAS application and add the University of Minnesota OTD program to "My Programs" prior to submitting this form.
This form should be submitted only once. Please allow 2 business days to receive a coupon.
